For nearly a year, 3-year-old Peter has been battling a deadly brain tumor. His parents brought him to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in the hope that their son's life could be saved. Peter has bravely endured radiation and chemotherapy in his fight to live. Finally, Peter, dad Jeff, mom Kellei and sister Hailey get the news they have been waiting for: Peter can go home.

"It's kind of bittersweet, coming home," said Jeff, "because a lot of these people are considered family. We're kind of leaving this family to go back to our other family and it's sad, but we're happy at the same time. I never thought I'd be sad to leave a hospital."

But before Peter and his family can make their joyous trip home, he has one more appointment at St. Jude. It's the one all the children at the hospital anticipate: the Coming-Off-Chemotherapy Party.

Though Peter's treatments have ended, new families come through the doors of St. Jude every day, each looking for the same hope and miracles as Peter's family did.
